Facilities

Our facilities are state of the art.

Our products deserve it. So do our customers.

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities help ensure that every product we deliver meets the highest standards of excellence. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology. So it’s no surprise that inside these walls we’re able to create coatings and inks that are not only effective and efficient, but also sought after by companies throughout the world.

Below is a recent article about our newest facility published by Gray, the design-build firm responsible for its construction.

The new 37,500 ft² Hi-Tech Color manufacturing facility opened in Odenton, Maryland.

The new two-story specialty coatings and gravure printing inks plant enables Hi-Tech Color to double its production capacity in the North American market and continue producing the same high-quality products.

“This expansion will enable us to increase the purchasing of these materials in North America dramatically,” said Mr. Yoshio Motokawa, former president of Hi-Tech Color, Inc. “This means our operation is moving forward as a ‘Domestic Source,’ which will allow us to maintain a more reliable relationship with our customers.”

“Our goal is to be a stronger company in the state of Maryland in the United States of America with good cooperation with our parent company in Japan,” he added.
